§ II — Platform —

Four interfaces for the club.
One shared ledger.

Each role at your club works in software built for them, on one real-time backbone. Every gram is accounted for across every terminal and every hand it passes through. A fifth interface, for owners running several clubs, adds a group dashboard, stock distribution between clubs, group reports and consolidated billing.

N° 01 for admins

Admin Portal
the command centre.

Intake harvests, bank inventory, run settlements, approve members, oversee the network. Desktop layout of up to 8 tabs with mobile-essential fallback at 768px.

N° 02 for the counter

Point of Share
the counter terminal.

Barcode scan, member lookup, split payments, held sales, end-of-shift cash-up. Two terminals can never double-sell the same gram — each stock movement commits once, in a single attempt.

N° 03 for farmers

Farmer Hub
the grower's cockpit.

Crop register with per-plant QR codes, multi-plant batch harvest, marketplace listings, per-club settlement balance with GPS-tagged farm locations.

§ III — Features that earn their place in an audit —

Every gram. Every member.
Every rand. Tracked.

Six features, each mapped to a specific audit question — and each grounded in live, shipped software.

N° 01

Compliance-grade member onboarding.

SA 13-digit ID validation with embedded date-of-birth parsing, automatic 18+ age gate, four consents captured at registration (terms, privacy, data processing, marketing), profile + ID photo, digital membership card on approval. Day passes run their own same-day flow — guest details, the accompanying member and a day-pass acknowledgement signed on canvas — and are valid until 23:59:59 on the day of approval.

Audit q Who is this member
and are they 18+?
N° 02

Intake-to-share traceability.

Every product carries its source harvest UID, and products harvested in Farmer Hub carry the plants they were harvested from — every plant, for a batch harvest. Track every lifecycle stage — draft, pending delivery, bank, inventory, sold, settled and more — with the staff member recorded on every sale, void, stock removal and farmer payment. The audit trail writes itself.

Audit q Where did this gram
come from?
N° 03

Atomic point-of-share transactions.

Every stock movement commits in a single attempt: live stock is read, adjustments computed, and the movement lands once or not at all — never twice. If two terminals touch the same gram at the same moment, one sale completes and the other rejects at the point of sale. No phantom stock. If the answer is lost mid-commit, the till holds the sale under its reference and offers to check it, rather than risk selling the same gram again. Cash, card, split payment. Held sales for the members who step away. Void with full audit trail.

Audit q Does stock on-hand
match the register?
N° 04

Blind stock count mode.

Flip a switch and hide expected quantities during physical counts. Staff count what's on the shelf, not what the system told them to count. Each count is saved against the expected quantity as a match or a discrepancy, with the variance recorded. Stock removed from the bank takes a mandatory reason from a six-category taxonomy (expiry, mold, missing, wrong strain, not up to standard, other).

Audit q Is today's count off,
and by how much?
N° 05

Farmer settlement ledger.

Per-consignment payment status — pending, partial, settled — with outstanding balance auto-calculated across farmers and clubs. Multi-farmer aggregation, VAT-aware per consignment, CSV export for your accountant. Dual cash-up reconciles POS sales and membership fees separately, with cash variances reported against cash-up's own six-reason taxonomy.

Audit q Who are we still
owing, and for what?
N° 06

Multi-club by design.

A single member belongs to many clubs with an independent member number, status, and validity per club. A single farmer supplies many clubs from one profile. The inter-club marketplace lets one farmer's harvest land in another club's intake via a pull-model purchase request. Every sale, stock movement and settlement is recorded against its club.

Audit q Whose data is this,
and who can see it?
§ IV — How it works —

From sign-up to
first settlement in four steps.

No migration consultants. No six-month rollout. You're onboarding members at the Front Desk by week one.

i.

Set up your club.

Upload your logo, set membership fees and configure subscription plans.

ii.

Register at Front Desk.

SA ID validated, age gate enforced, four consents captured, profile + ID photo on file. Staff approve from the pending-applications board; the member's own screen updates live the moment they're approved, and the digital membership card issues on the spot.

iii.

Intake your harvests.

Review pending consignments from direct suppliers or the marketplace, bank the inventory, print barcodes.

iv.

Share and settle.

Process atomic transactions with cash, card, or split payment. Cash up with six cash-variance reasons. Run settlement against your farmers with full CSV export.

§ V — Who it's for —

Built for the people
who actually run the club.

Every interface was designed against a real role, not a persona card in a pitch deck.
